A mountain e-bike battery duration depends on many factors. Our batteries are made of lithium iones, so they have a lasting power superior to the piombo ones. The lasting power depends on the route's gradient, on the rider weight and on the assistance level you will set.




Shall I have to cycle?


All the tours we offer are design to be an E-bike experience. If you don't like cycling, don't worry, we could find for you an alternative tour. For special requests you can write us at: info@palladianroutes.com




Is it compulsory the bike helmet?


It is not compulsory but we higly recommend It for your safety.




What is included in your reparation kit?


In the reparation kit we provide all necessary tools for a fastg and easy repair of the e-bike. In case of a bigger damage kindly contact our e-bike service to support you or to arrange the pick up.




Is it dangerous to go by e-bike? I am afraid of speedness.


There is no danger: they are mountain bike with pedal assistance thanks to an electrical engine. It is up to you to choose your speedness, according to your legs' fastness. If you do not ride, you will not move.




What does it happen If I found myself without battery?


Our e-bike have a Yamaha engine that allows you to cycle without using the battery. It will be a little bit more tiring but you can do it! you will receive in any case information from us about recharging places along the tour.




May I return the bike in another place?


Yes, you can return the bike in one of our 12 Hubs. To find out where the hubs are, please check our website.




Are bikes provided with a locker?


Our E-bikes are rent with sturdy locks.




Where can I park my bike during the night? May I bring the bike to you for the night?


During the night you can safety park your e-bike at your accomodation.




Is the bike helmet in Italy compulsory?


In Italy the bike helmet is not compulsory but, we higly recommend to use it for your safety.




Do you rent alternative battery for e-Bike?


At the moment we don't provide alternative battery. If you have any problem with the bike, contact us.




Do you rent other bikes type?

Our E-bikes are equipped with an Android Smartphone proloaded with made by Palladian Routes App set with an exclusive navigation system and GPX tracks.




Do you sell your bikes at the end of the season?


At the moment we don't sell the E-bikes.




How does navigation system work?


Our exclusive navigation system will lead you on your E-bike routes. Every E-bike has on
handlebars an Android Smartphone pre-loaded with made by Palladian Routes app with navigation system and GPX tracks. You will select the path and go, leaded by the app.

The rented e-bike is always included in the package price. In case you wish to bring your own bike, we apply a discount.

We kindly ask you to provide your id cards and booking confirmation.




What happen if I damage an e-bike?


Each participant will receive a bicycle with a padlock. The traveller will be obliged to use and keep this bicycle carefully for the duration of the holiday, in order to return it free of damage and in the same condition in which he received the bike.In the event of theft (regardless of the closure or not of the lock) or irreparable damage, the traveller will be required to payto the organizer the full cost of the bicycle.




What happen if the e-bike is stolen?


In the event of theft (regardless of the closure or not of the lock) or irreparable damage, the traveller will be required to pay the organizer the full cost of the bicycle. The rent of a new bike (including the special trasportation) for the rest of the holiday will be fully paid by the traveller. Compensation is also required in the event of theft or damage of the supplied accessories.




May I return the bike in another place?


You can return the bike at the last destination of your journey or in a rental station according to your tour style.

In order to book our Tours, we kindly ask you to make a 35% advanced payment of the total amount or before 48 hours from our offer.

When I will receive more detailed information about my trip so that I can start to plan my travel tour?


After we received your deposit, we will send par Email the trip notes and contract about your Tour. If you want to plan any further activities, kindly contact us for availability in your Tour. We will be happy to arrange the best travel experience for you.




Why can the tour be booked only for 48 hours?


We need 48 hours to check all suppliers availability to arrange your travel experience at our best. We have many requests and in order to satisfy all of them, we can book the package for you only for 48 hours.




Could my tour be cancelled?


We accurately check all details about our Guest's Tour in order to avoid any type of cancellation and disease. However, it could happen by accident a cancellation; in that case we will offer you an other alternative Tour Experience suitable to your needs.




Will my tour package price change in case of cancellation from your side?


In case of cancellation from our side, the price of the alternative Tour will not change; only in case of other additional wishes from your side different from what you have previously selected.




What is the cancellation/ transfer and refund policy of Palladian Routes?

Do you charge further fees?


The Palladian travel experience we selected for you includes in the price everything starting from accomodation to activities and experiences. you do not have to pay additional charge, only in case you decided to make a special activity which is available and not previously included in your package.

Can I book a bike for half-a-day (4 hours) or for a day in advance?


We are sorry but we only offer daily rental rate.

There is no limit of age; our Family Tours cater for all sizes, not least in the choice of accomodation and in the cycling tours. Yes, we can arrange a baby sitter service for children. You can enjoy your trip and special activity in the Palladian Lands and we will take care of your children. The selected staff speaks english and is trained to deal with small guests. At any time you can come back and pick them up.
